16A - Your Secret Sauce
1. I have unique human capital because I think outside the box, I'm very persuasive, I have high emotional intelligence, I'm a people person and I'm motivated.
2. I recorded my interviews by writing them down due to technical difficulties. Out of the five people I interviewed they all said a variation of how I'm very in tune with peoples thoughts and feelings and that I can talk people into anything. Some other things that were said were I am a leader and I'm calm and logical in stressful situations.
3. I think how I see myself and how others see myself are pretty similar. I'm very self aware and know my strengths and weaknesses and others can see those too. I agreed with everything that my friends said about me and would keep my original list the same. The only thing I would change about the list would be to add leadership to it.
Hi Sav, I like how you talked about emotional intelligence because it is definitely an intangible skill that sometimes gets put to the wayside. I think it is also helpful to be a people person as an entrepreneur because you can do a better job at communicating your ideas and attracting investors. It is also good to know your strengths and weaknesses to help improve and teach others.
ReplyDeleteHey Savanna,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that you included emotional intelligence as part of your human capital because that is something I also have but forgot to include. Emotional intelligence is an underrated quality but is very important not only in life but also in the workplace. From your responses compared to mine, it seems that our friends both thought we were similar in being in tune with peoples thoughts and feelings, as well as being calm in stressful situations. We would be great partners!
